Precision Machining, Intelligent Production
Embracing the superior idea of Manufacturing Execution Systems, i.e. “High Precision and Automation”, adopting highly automated and intelligent manufacturing processes, and using high precision Fanuc and Brother CNC machines, Tsugami CNC Mills, Fanuc polymer injection machines with Yushin 6-axis robots for automated production of various metal and plastic products. Installed a dust-free “clean room” for assembly of mil-spec optics and dot sights.
High End Equipment; Precision Inspection
Utilizing advanced German-made CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine) by Zeiss, 2.5D dimension image measuring machine, digital height gauge and others to conduct precision inspection of metal products. Inspecting optical products with high tech equipment, including collimator, optics test station, thermal shock tester and climate chamber, to enforce stringent quality control in the development and production of scopes in compliance with MIL-STD-810G standards.
Global Distribution; Worldwide Service
With the goal of global distribution and convenient customer service, UTG TAIWAN is designated as 2nd overseas distribution point for Leapers to complement the US and European distribution territories in answering international market demands. It covers the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions and aims to promote the UTG products while providing the best timely service to international and local Taiwanese customers.
